Seun Kuti, in a new post on Instagram, has slammed parents going to participate in political rallies while their children are at home for ASUU Strike. Seun Kuti, who noted that a hijab crisis in a secular school may cause more outrage than the closure of our university, wondered if parents who attended political rallies while their children were at home because of the strike the ASUU are crazy.
“Your children aren’t attending school but u are attending political rally. Are you maaaad?
Until we are ready to serve our children and not just raise them, we shall never understand national development. How hijab crisis in a secular school can create more outrage than the closure of our university for months is the proof we need to know that we are willing to serve everything else but our children. Learn to serve your children not just raise them! #getthesax.”
